New Generation CNC Glass Cutting Machine Launched with Higher Material Utilization

We officially released the upgraded full series CNC glass cutting equipment, including CNC2721 standalone cutter, YTJ automatic loading integrated machine and LS large glass cutting production line.

The new generation machines adopt dual servo direct drive without belt transmission, cutting accuracy improved to ±0.2mm/m. The built-in intelligent nesting system is fully compatible with OPTIMA and Guiyou software, boosting glass raw material utilization by 4%–6%. The air-floating table is optimized for LOW-E coated glass, mirror and curtain glass, effectively avoiding surface scratches during moving.

We also upgraded the automatic pressure matching system and auto rail lubrication module, no manual adjustment needed for 3–19mm different glass thicknesses. Optional accessories such as auto labeling, LOW-E film remover and laser marking can be matched according to customers’ production demands. The containerized integrated design saves disassembly cost for overseas sea transportation.
