YTJ3829 all-in-one machine integrates 5 core procedures: automatic loading, intelligent nesting, CNC cutting, auto conveying and air-floating breaking, composed of cutting mainframe and independent air flotation breaking table, serving as high-output core equipment for glass processing factories. Equipped with telescopic loading boom, double-layer NBR suction cups & anti-sticking protection to avoid glass collision during loading. Max processing size reaches 3660×2800mm, applicable glass thickness 3-18mm. Compatible with OPTIMA, Guiyou optimization software & DXF file import, built-in massive special-shaped pattern library, supports template scanning profiling cutting. The machine comes with remote-controlled walking wheels for free movement in workshop; foot cylinders auto lock the machine before cutting to guarantee stable high-speed cutting. Full air-floating table prevents glass scratch during shifting. X/Y axis servo direct drive without belt transmission, max cutting speed up to 200m/min with consistent precision.
