YTJ2721 Intelligent Glass Loading & Cutting Machine is an all-in-one automated CNC solution built for high-volume glass processing factories. With a maximum processing size of 2700×2100mm, it handles 3–18mm thick glass sheets and seamlessly integrates retractable boom auto loading, intelligent nesting optimization, high-speed cutting, automatic conveying and air-floating breaking station in one compact unit.
Powered by full CNC control and servo direct drive beltless structure, the machine reaches an adjustable cutting speed up to 200m/min with stable precision within ±0.3mm per meter, greatly cutting rework rates and labor input by over 60%. Built-in air float countertops lift glass via high-pressure airflow to avoid surface scratches, while automatic pressure adjustment and synchronous cutting oil feeding simplify daily operation and reduce manual maintenance.
Compatible with Italian OPTIMA and domestic Guiyou nesting software, it maximizes glass material utilization to lower raw material waste.
