YTJ4228 Full Auto Glass Cutting Production Line | Double Flip Loading Table + CNC Shape Cutter + Air Floating Breaking Integrated Line
LSX4228 intelligent glass cutting line consists of three independent linked modules: double-flip double-station loading table, CNC cutting machine and air-floating breaking table. The whole line realizes unmanned full workflow: vertical glass auto flipping feeding, intelligent nesting, 360° profile cutting, air-float conveying and pneumatic rod splitting. It is compatible with OPTIMA & Guiyou nesting G-code and DXF drawing import, built-in massive irregular glass template library. The double-flip loading station with 8 silicone suction arms stably handles max 4200×2800mm glass sheet; X/Y/Z 3-axis beltless servo cutter runs up to 200m/min cutting speed with ±0.2mm precision. Rear breaking table equipped with 1 horizontal & 2 vertical foot-controlled ejector rods. Upgrade optional modules include LOW-E film remover, auto printer labeling and laser marking, widely used for architectural, furniture, mirror and home appliance glass mass production.
