YTJ3829 intelligent glass cutting line consists of three connected modules: double-flip double-station loading table, CNC cutting machine and air-floating breaking table. It realizes full unmanned workflow: vertical glass auto flip loading, intelligent nesting, 360° profile cutting, air-floating conveying and pneumatic rod breaking. Compatible with OPTIMA & Guiyou nesting software, DXF drawing import and built-in massive shape template library. The loading table features adjustable 95–98° flip angle & ASV-40 high-power vacuum pump, stably handling max 3660×2800mm jumbo glass. X/Y/Z 3-axis Shihlin beltless servo direct drive cutter runs up to 200m/min cutting speed. Rear air-floating breaking table equipped with 1 horizontal + 2 vertical pneumatic ejector rods for foot-controlled easy splitting. Optional auto labeling & LOW-E film removal with dust collection system, ideal for mass deep processing of architectural curtain wall, furniture, mirror, home appliance & craft glass for medium & large glass factories.
